Maintenance Contracting is an independent division within CTS group, solely concerned with the provision of maintenance services.

The two fundamental ways the services are provided are:

  • Through Long Term Contracts involving the provision of a complete organization covering all skills from the artisan to professional engineers and management.
  • By the appointment of engineers and artisans to supplement the clients own organization for shutdown or periodic overhaul.

When establishing a maintenance department with a client to undertake a maintenance contract, it is felt that an integrated working relationship should be aimed for. The team should be customer and production oriented and the site manager is given every encouragement to work for the best interest of the client.

 


 

The Maintenance Division is concerned with the following aspects:

  • Undertaking the administration of the maintenance contracts.
  • Providing additional resources, supplementing the team when peak loads are met.
  • Rendering assistance to clients on matters outside the scope of contract but relevant to the nature of the work.
  • Securing total coordination between the client and other subcontractors.
  • Using the latest test equipment and state of the art maintenance facilities at site.
