Being an after sales oriented company we have received during the years many enquiries from customers, requesting modifications of their equipment to suit the actual site requirements or to improve its performance.

In many cases, and due to the high demand for power during the seventies and eighties, power plants were purchased in rush, without giving much attention to the actual site conditions or to the economical considerations of running the plant, which resulted in too many operational problems and financial losses.

In many cases, the technical solution was obvious and proposals were forwarded to end users followed by contracts and orders. Other enquiries were complicated and involved feasibility studies and detailed engineering of the modification to the core equipment. In cooperation with the OEM, we succeeded in reaching a solution that was executable.

To name some:

• Retrofitting Gas Turbine Air Intake Systems to suite desert environments and harsh weather conditions.

• Modification of Gas Turbine systems and controls to accept distillate and natural Gas Dual Fuel Systems.

• The implementation of Evaporative Cooling System in Gas Turbine Air Intake to improve the system thermal efficiency and its power output.

• Supply and installation of natural gas pipelines, pumping station, receiving and metering stations to remotely located power plants.
