CTS group can provide services on two levels: the complete maintenance package or supply of specialist manpower for periodic works. Either way, you get great service.
Maintenance Contracting is an independent division within CTS group, solely concerned with the provision of maintenance services. The two fundamental ways the services are provided are:
- Through Long Term Contracts involving the provision of a complete organization covering all skills from the artisan to professional engineers and management.
- By the appointment of engineers and artisans to supplement the clients own organization for shutdown or periodic overhaul.
Our method of operation is simple: we strive for an integrated working relationship. What this means is simply that the team, when set up as a maintenance department for a specific contract, is instructed to be customer and production orientated.
The scope of the maintenance divisions work is generally as follows:
Undertaking the administration of the maintenance contracts
Providing additional resources, supplementing the team when peak loads are met
Recognize existing bottlenecks
Rendering assistance to clients on matters outside the scope of the contracts, but relevant to the nature of the work.
Securing total co-ordination between the client and other subcontractors.
Upgrading the equipment and maintenance facilities at site to state of the art when required to reduce downtime, reduce errors, increase efficiency and generally increase profits.
